Built to Move — A Custom Transfer Application Powering Switzerland's Premium Transport Network
ПРОБЛЕМ
Trip Transfer needed more than a website — they needed a fully operational digital platform capable of distributing transfer services across Switzerland at scale. Existing solutions in the market were generic, inflexible, and unable to reflect the premium, reliable nature of the service. Without a custom-built application, a structured tracking setup, or any paid advertising presence, the business had no scalable way to acquire customers or manage service distribution digitally.

We designed and built a custom transfer application from the ground up — purpose-built for the Swiss market and engineered with the latest technology available for this category of service. The platform handles service distribution across the country, giving customers a seamless booking experience and giving Trip Transfer the digital infrastructure to operate and scale. We implemented a full tracking stack — GTM configured from scratch and GA4 set up with conversion events — to ensure every user interaction and booking signal is captured and attributed correctly. To drive customer acquisition, we launched Google Ads Performance Max campaigns targeting high-intent transfer searches. Offline, we produced professional brochures to support sales and brand presence in the physical market.

We built a bespoke transfer booking application tailored specifically to the Swiss market — incorporating the latest technology standards for this type of service. The application manages service distribution across Switzerland, handling routing, availability, and customer-facing booking flows in a single, cohesive platform built to scale with the business.
We configured GTM from scratch and implemented GA4 with full conversion event tracking, giving Trip Transfer complete visibility into how customers find, browse, and book through the platform. Every meaningful action is tracked and attributed to the correct channel.
